Quiet location between the region's famous salt marshes, Moncayo Beach, one of the most beautiful natural beaches on the Costa Blanca, large sand dunes and close to all amenities. Reserved parking space in the basement.
On the estate there are two swimming pools, a sauna/jaccuzi (closed from 15/06 to 15/09), two petanque courts, children's playground (under 12), sports equipment.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
