Upon entering, you are greeted by an elegant and modern interior with homely ambience. The flat features a spacious living room with a television giving access to worldwide channels, a modern open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and washing machine, among other things), two bedrooms (one with television), two bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden with swimming pool and a spacious fully equipped roof terrace with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Spanish weather. Wi-Fi is available and all rooms are air-conditioned. Private parking can be used in the underground car park.
Furthermore, besides the two communal swimming pools, this penthouse also offers access to facilities such as a gym, a spa (closed from 1 June to 30 September), a table tennis table and a playground.
Casa de Ensueño is located in a modern and quiet residential area in Guardamar del Segura. In this cosy town you will find, among other things, beautiful natural parks for walking and a long sandy beach, bordering a pleasant boulevard full of restaurants. In the area you will find a neighbourhood supermarket and some restaurants and bars, but also in and around Guardamar del Segura you will find many supermarkets and other retail chains. The penthouse is located next to the salt lakes, so a visit to the pink waters is definitely worthwhile.
About 10 km away is the bustling seaside resort of Torrevieja. The long promenade full of restaurants, bars, shops and small beaches make this a popular destination for a day or evening out. Inside the centre, too, you'll find plenty of restaurants and cosy squares. In addition, Torrevieja is home to a large fairground that is open every night throughout the year, a beautiful national park, a water park and several entertainment venues. In short, something for everyone in the area around the penthouse!

Our casa features a nice modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice cosy living area, with a little terrace that connects to the beautiful roof terrace where you have excellent views!
You can relax in the domain, which is closed off from the street, with 2 communal swimming pools and a separate paddling pool, where children can spend their days carefree. Community Oasis Beach XI also has a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September). You can also use our underground car park.
This location then also makes a great base to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura, La Mata, Torrevieja, etc. A day at the sea, tasty tapas, local drinks, strolling along the embankment and so much more are not to be missed .
Trips to Cartagena, Murcia, Altea, Alicante are more than worthwhile. A boat trip, jet skiing, water skiing, waves... it's all possible.
In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give tenants access to the grounds. This means that it may not always be the gate closest to the rented flat. However, the grounds can be exited via any of the gates.

You will stay here in a beautiful south-facing, air-conditioned penthouse for 4 people. This property contains 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and has a spacious living room with sofa bed , Internet , TV with European channels and Wifi.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher , microwave , oven , fridge , freezer , washing machine , hob , etc .
On the balcony and the cosily equipped, spacious roof terrace you have a nice view of the communal garden and it is blissful to relax.
Oasis Center is an ideal environment for young and old.
The charm and tradition of the Costa Blanca trump Oasis Beach in El Raso, Guardamar, Torrevieja.

Een heerlijk appartement om te verblijven! Ondanks de vele vakantiewoningen toch erg rustig. Om wat te zien moet je wel wat kilometers rijden, maar daar kwamen we ook niet echt voor. Als we volgend jaar weer rust willen, dan komen we zeker terug. Comsee more

We had an amazing stay in this apartment. We have stayed in other apartments in the area but this place is absolutely amazing. Wifi, TV, Air conditioning all fantastic. We would certainly return.
