Description
Marydunas is a flat located in the quieter part of Guardamar del Segura. Guardamar del Segura is an authentic Spanish seaside town where Spaniards also like to spend their holidays. In Guardamar del Segura, there is something for everyone: a busy boulevard with bars, restaurants and shops, a marina with lots of water sports possibilities (jet ski, kayak, windsurf, supboard, sailing, ...) and an extensive area of quiet beach.
The flat is less than half an hour's drive from Alicante airport. It is located between the busier city centre area and the quieter area by the marina. A large supermarket is 200m away. The flat is on the fifth floor of a small apartment building that has a lift, a communal pool and 2 roof terraces. Marydunas has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath with possibility of a shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the apartment you enjoy beautiful views of dunes, sea and inland. The flat is well equipped for 4 people. Air conditioning (hot/cold), wifi and TV are available. You can cast favourite channels to the TV, there is Google Chromecast equipment available. There is possibility of underground car parking.
Sea, dunes, natural parks with hiking trails and water features, marina, eateries, public transport,... are within walking distance. Renting a car is not necessary for sports enthusiasts.
In order to offer all tenants a perfectly maintained flat, an external key manager will do the final cleaning and wash/dry/iron the linen.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes the 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
