Marydunas is an apartment located in the quieter part of Guardamar del Segura. Guardamar del Segura is an authentic Spanish seaside town where Spanish people also enjoy spending their holidays. In Guardamar del Segura there is something for everyone: a busy boulevard with bars, restaurants and shops, a marina with plenty of water sports opportunities (jet ski, kayak, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, …) and an extensive area of quiet beach.

The apartment is located less than half an hour's drive from Alicante airport. It is situated between the busier city centre area and the quieter marina area. A large supermarket is located 200m away. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a small-scale apartment building equipped with a lift, a communal swimming pool and 2 roof terraces. Marydunas has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with shower option. The second bedroom has 2 separate beds and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the apartment you enjoy beautiful views of dunes, sea and inland. The apartment is well equipped for 4 people. Air conditioning (hot/cold), wifi and TV are available. You can cast your favourite channels to the TV, Google Chromecast equipment is available. There is the possibility of underground parking for the car.

Sea, dunes, nature parks with walking trails and water features, marina, restaurants, public transport,... are within walking distance. Hiring a car is not necessary for active people.

In order to offer all tenants a perfectly maintained apartment, an external key manager will carry out the final cleaning and wash/dry/iron the linen.

There may possibly be a camera system present in the dwelling. During the rental period, the camera system will be switched off. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or by physically covering the cameras.

The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linens, service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out, so you can enjoy your stay without worry.
The price of the linens includes: bedding (beds are made upon arrival), 1 shower towel, 1 swimming pool towel and 1 small towel per person, as well as 2 kitchen towels per accommodation.

Important:
For check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish public holidays, a supplement of €25 applies. An additional charge of €25 will also be levied for check-in and/or check-out after 20:00 hours. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The rental rates mentioned include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Any excess consumption will be charged at € 0.45 per kWh.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a television giving access to worldwide channels, a modern open kitchen (fully equipped with, amongst others, a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo machine and a washing machine), two bedrooms (one of which with television), two bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden with swimming pool and a spacious fully furnished roof terrace with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Spanish weather. WiFi is available and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Use can be made of a private parking space in the underground car park.

Furthermore, this penthouse offers access to facilities such as a fitness room, a spa (closed from 1 June to 30 September), a table tennis table and a playground, in addition to the two communal swimming pools.

Casa de Ensueño is located in a modern and quiet residential neighbourhood in Guardamar del Segura. In this pleasant place you will find, amongst other things, beautiful nature parks to walk in and a long sandy beach, bordering a pleasant boulevard full of little restaurants. In the neighbourhood you will find a local supermarket and some restaurants and bars, but there are also many supermarkets and other retail chains in and around Guardamar del Segura. The penthouse is situated next to the salt lakes, so a visit to the pink water is absolutely worth the effort.

At approximately 10 km distance, you will find the bustling seaside resort of Torrevieja. The long boulevard full of restaurants, bars, small shops and beaches make this a popular destination for a day or evening out. In the town centre you will also find plenty of dining and entertainment venues and pleasant squares. Additionally, Torrevieja has a large fairground that is open every evening throughout the year, a beautiful national park, a water park and various entertainment venues. In short, something for everyone in the area surrounding the penthouse!
