Are you looking for an oasis of tranquillity? Then this beautiful, spacious flat in the complex 'Oasis Beach XIV' located in sunny Guardamar del Segura has everything you are looking for.
Oasis Beach XIV offers you green surroundings with palm trees, 2 outdoor swimming pools, spa with sauna and whirlpool (closed from 1 June to 30 September), playground, mini golf, table tennis. This flat with cosy terrace is on the ground floor overlooking the pool and large garden.
Casa Sofia offers:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower;
- A modern equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster;
- Towels and bed linen;
- Air conditioning in all rooms;

Excursions abound in the surrounding area:
The breathtaking white-sand beaches of Guardamar del Segura are 3km from the apartment. The nature reserve Las Lagunas de la Mata and the famous Sunday market Lemon Tree are also within walking distance. By car, you can still visit numerous natural or water parks, cities, salt lakes,... visit.
There are also some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.
A 5-minute drive away is the nearest large supermarket.
