Description
Casa Banksy is a flat suitable for 4 people and is located on the second floor in a complex consisting of sleek new-build flats grouped around 2 large pools. Each pool also has a demarcated children's pool. For the children, a petanque court, a playground and a small mini-golf course are also provided. They can play 100% safely, as the entire domain is fenced and closed. When it is a bit colder in winter, you will appreciate the jacuzzi and sauna (closed between 15 June and 15 September). For sports enthusiasts, there is also an outdoor gym with some equipment.
There is a living area equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, wifi. The flat has a smart TV, so you can stream with your own Chromecast/Apple TV/Samsung tablet/gsm,.... There is a separate sitting and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, frigo with freezer, microwave. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, and the 2nd bedroom 2 single beds. Each with a separate air conditioner. . Each bedroom has its separate bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. Parking is reserved in the underground car park.
Relax on our roof terrace with a good book, enjoy the views, the setting sun,... with a nice glass of wine or cool down under the outdoor shower....
In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give tenants access to the grounds. This means that it may not always be the gate closest to the rented flat. However, the grounds can be exited via any of the gates.
There may be a camera system in the house. During rental, the camera system will be closed off. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The supplement for cleaning includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Listed rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
