If you want to unwind under the radiant sun and still be able to quickly enjoy the vibrant life in the nearby cities, come and enjoy Casa Bruno!

Our casa features a nice modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice cosy living area, with a little terrace that connects to the beautiful roof terrace where you have excellent views!

You can relax in the domain, which is closed off from the street, with 2 communal swimming pools and a separate paddling pool, where children can spend their days carefree. Community Oasis Beach XI also has a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September). You can also use our underground car park.

This location then also makes a great base to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura, La Mata, Torrevieja, etc. A day at the sea, tasty tapas, local drinks, strolling along the embankment and so much more are not to be missed .
Trips to Cartagena, Murcia, Altea, Alicante are more than worthwhile. A boat trip, jet skiing, water skiing, waves... it's all possible.

In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give tenants access to the grounds. This means that it may not always be the gate closest to the rented flat. However, the grounds can be exited via any of the gates.

There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.

The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.

Listed rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

There are also some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.
A 5-minute drive away is the nearest large supermarket.
