Book your relaxing holiday at Casa Xajulamor, a beautiful penthouse located in the municipality of Guardamar del Segura in Alicante, the south of the Costa Blanca. This modern three-bedroom flat is located in Oasis Beach X, a district consisting of modern and minimalist designed flats.
The flat is just 2.5 km from the wide white sandy beach of Guardamar and within walking distance of the nature reserve and lake of La Mata. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket that can be reached on foot. There is a bus stop within walking distance that takes you to Murcia, Alicante and Torrevieja.
Casa Xajulamor is suitable for 5 persons (or expand to 6), has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all luxury and comfort: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ordinary oven, cooker, extractor hood, hot water boiler, crockery, pots, pans, etc. The spacious living room is equipped with TV (TV Vlaanderen), wifi and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
You can park your car in the car park (included). In the winter months you can use the indoor Jaccuzi & Swedish sauna. Furthermore, the swimming pool is fully at your disposal.
On arrival, the flat is cleaned, the beds are made and there are hand, bath and kitchen towels ready for you. Your holiday accommodation is equipped with 4 ultra quiet, economical air conditioners, so you can enjoy both refreshing coolness in summer and efficient heating in winter. Roller shutters can be found in all rooms, keeping the sun out in summer and sleeping in total darkness if you wish.
The roof terrace is equipped with table and chairs, lounge set and sun loungers.
There are fun activities in the area such as amusement parks, theme parks and water parks. But you can also go to a market on Sunday or plan a boat trip. There are beautiful beaches to enjoy, outdoor activities, cycling, wine trails and numerous restaurants. You can also experience a bit of culture by visiting La Manga del Mar Menor, a paradise between two seas.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

Al met al was ons verblijf erg leuk. De accommodatie was eerst moeilijk te vinden, maar uiteindelijk werden we opgehaald van onze locatie vlakbij de accommodatie en naar de accommodatie gebracht. De eerste benodigdheden zoals verschillende kruiden, vaatwastabletten en waspoeder waren aanwezig, wat erg goed was. Het zwembad was erg schoon. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Als je problemen of vragen hebt, reageren de verhuurders snel en we zouden hier weer verblijven.

Onze algemene ervaring omtrent het appartement is positief. Het appartement was enorm proper en de verschillende kamers in het appartement waren ruim en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Ook het zwembad was enorm proper!

Het complex zelf was proper, alleen zou ik wel niet aanraden aan mensen met kinderen om hier te boeken, ook het ontbreken van ligstoelen aan het zwembad is een minpuntje. Jammer genoeg hadden we geen schitterend weer en was er een onderhoud van 2 dagen aan het zwembad, dit onderhoud was ook net gepland op 2 mooie dagen, dit vonden we enorm jammer! Wel zeer vriendelijk van de eigenaar om ons een ontbijt aan te bieden, wij zijn er ons ook van bewust dat de eigenaar zelf deze data niet kiest. |

De uitleg was kort maar oké, alleen werd er wel vooral de nadruk gelegd op wat er niet mocht in plaats van wat er wel was binnen het domein. Dit gaf niet meteen een aangenaam gevoel.
