Description
Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Guardamar del Segura-Alicante, El Raso, in southern Costa Blanca. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are just a few minutes' drive away. The flat is within walking distance of the Las Lagunas de La Mata nature reserve.
The gated complex is called Oasis Beach: a green oasis with palm trees, 2 swimming pools, outdoor sports, putting green, boccia and playground. There is also a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September).
The modern 3-room flat (112 m²) is located on the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool and large garden.
All rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed, an integrated wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (rain and hand shower). A hairdryer is available.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an integrated wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a Smart TV.
The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with rain and hand shower.
Open kitchen, fully equipped, dishwasher, combination microwave/grill, multifunction oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined washer and dryer.
Living room with sofa and dining room (table for 6), 55-inch' Smart TV with Apps (Netflix, Apple TV, TuneIn, Amazon Prime Video etc.) connected to Ethernet, wifi ready.
Enjoy the view from the loggia with a table for 6. The glass front can be opened fully.
The large terrace is equipped with 2 sunbeds and a small table. Direct access to the swimming pool and activities.
An underground car park is available free of charge. There is also a private parking space for Oasis Beach outside the complex, as well as plenty of street parking.

Upon arrival, beds are made and towels are waiting for you.
In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are three gates that give tenants access to the grounds. This means that it may not always be the gate closest to the rented flat. However, the grounds can be exited via any of the gates.
There may possibly be a camera system in the flat. During the rental, the camera system will be locked. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
Several restaurants in El Raso within minutes, mini market, china shop and pharmacy.
The 11 km-long sandy beaches of Guardamar del Seguara are just a few minutes' drive away. The picturesque Playa Moncayo is 4 km and 9 minutes' drive away.
On Sundays, the famous Lemon Tree Market is just a few minutes' walk away.
Distance to Miguel Hernández Airport, Alicante: 38 km (35-minute drive).

Casa Cante is a newly built flat located on the second floor is Oasis Beach XV. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with adjoining living space. The sunny terrace is equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs and also a cosy lounge where you can quietly enjoy the view of the beautiful swimming pool.
There is a lift to enter the flat.
Furthermore, besides the beautiful communal pool, this flat also offers access to facilities such as a gym, a spa (closed from 1 June to 30 September), a playground, ...
Casa Cante is located in a modern and quiet residential area in Guardamar del Segura. In this cosy town you will find, among other things, beautiful natural parks for walking and a long sandy beach, bordering a cosy boulevard full of restaurants. In the area you will find a neighbourhood supermarket and some restaurants and bars, but also in and around Guardamar del Segura you will find many supermarkets and other retail chains. The penthouse is located next to the salt lakes, so a visit to the pink waters is definitely worthwhile.
About 10 km away is the bustling seaside resort of Torrevieja. The long promenade full of restaurants, bars, shops and small beaches make this a popular destination for a day or evening out. Inside the centre, too, you'll find plenty of restaurants and cosy squares. In addition, Torrevieja is home to a large fairground that is open every night throughout the year, a beautiful national park, a water park and several entertainment venues. In short, something for everyone in the area around the penthouse!

There is an open kitchen with an over, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer & a fridge/freezer. There is a dining area The apartment is equipped with other amenities such as a washing rack, pegs, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board & dining room table & chairs). Two of the three bedrooms have king-size beds (which are extremely comfortable) and the third bedroom consists of two single beds. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The garden side bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower which has a rain & handheld shower. There is also a hairdryer present. There is a second bathroom which also has a rain & handheld shower. There are enough bath & hand towels in the apartment. The apartment has glass curtains, which can be opened up to be used as a beautiful sun room, where a second dining table & chairs are present. There is a beautiful patio where two sun-loungers are available for use. The patio looks out onto a well-maintaned garden, which has a mini golf course and a children’s play area. The complex has two swimming pools and a spa. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Nicola. It is home away from home. |

We had a fantastic few days here. The apartment was pristine with all the necessary amenities. The community pool was lovely. So refreshing. The host was very accommodating and flexible. Will hopefully become an annual base for our golf visit!
