This modern flat in Guardamar sounds like a wonderful holiday spot!
With 3 cosy bedrooms and space for 6 people, it offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Garden and pool views add a touch of serenity, while its proximity to the beach, supermarket and other amenities makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
The gated complex is a green oasis with palm trees, 2 swimming pools, outdoor sports, putting green, boccia and playground. There is also a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September).
Important info: Exterior painting work will take place within the complex from mid-September to early January.
There may possibly be a camera system in the property. During the rental, the camera system will be closed. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The supplement for cleaning includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Listed rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

Over het poetsen heb ik totaal geen commentaar, was echt spik en span.
Voor de rest was het een zeer fijne en zeer aangenaam verblijf, en we waren ook super blij dat u ons verwittigde over het zwsee more

Misschien een kleine opmerking het bestek was door de vorige bewoners niet zo mooi achtergelaten waardoor ik het bestek dat ik gebruikte eerst heb moeten afwassen, maar is maar een kleintje om deze even te controleren.

de in en uitcheck was echt door 2 zeer lieve vriendelijke en behulpzame dames gebeurt, misschien daarover een kleine opmerking maar geen commentaar, de eerste dame had gezegd dat er een sleutel was voor de garage, maar we konden niet binnen met de auto, niet dat het erg was er was plaats genoeg buiten, maar wil deze toch even meegeven. |
