The private pool is sure to please. The large terrace with outdoor kitchen and beautiful garden furniture is a great added value.
The house is air-conditioned and has an equipped kitchen
with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The living room is furnished with modern furniture, possibility to connect laptop to the TV.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Baby equipment: always available on request from the key manager.
Private parking is not available, but possibility along the road.
Electric cars may not be loaded at the house.
The property is close to shops, beaches and all the activities of the Costa Blanca.
Nearby there are lots of sports activities to be found, bowling, karting,...
Golf lovers are also sure to be catered for with several courses in the wide vicinity.
Enjoying the microclimate, sunshine is guaranteed 320 days a year.
Be sure to come and meet Casa Jint.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes the 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
