Accommodation
Description
        This pretty detached house, built in typical Spanish-Moorish style, is situated in a small, private complex on the edge of the El Raso settlement. The complex consists of 21 houses and the house borders directly on a lemon plantation to the south.
Built in 2005 and completely renovated in 2022, a 94m² house for 5 persons with several terraces and balconies awaits you. A parking space is directly on the property.
On the ground floor you will find the dining area and the living room with a comfortable sofa. To pass the time, there is a flat-screen TV with both German and international programmes. Thanks to fibre optics, there is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. A Bluetooth speaker with FM radio is available for your own music.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an adjoining shower room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the south-facing terrace with covered pergola. The large table invites you to enjoy sociable meals outdoors. A charcoal grill is available.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and access to the south-facing balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the salt lagoon. Another small bedroom with a single bed (90x200), the second bathroom with bathtub and access to the north balcony with seating are also on the upper floor.
All windows can be darkened with external shutters. In addition, a central air-conditioning system (hot/cold) ensures pleasant temperatures with separate regulation for the ground floor and upper floor.
In the kitchen you will find a ceramic cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, as well as all the usual household appliances - the coffee machine is for filter coffee.
To relax after excursions in the surroundings, you can use the communal pool with a separate area for small children.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

Living room: Cosy room with a dining table for six people, a comfortable seating area with a sofa and an armchair, an 80 cm LED TV and a coffee/shoe rack by the entrance. An air conditioner by the stairs ensures a pleasant temperature on the ground floor.
Kitchen: Compact but fully equipped, including a 3-burner electric hob, oven, microwave with convection function, filter coffee maker, espresso pot, kettle, juicer and all necessary pans, kitchenware and crockery.
Guest toilet: Handy toilet with washbasin.
Laundry room: Equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, a table, four patio chairs and a basic set of tools.
🔹 Outdoor space & Garage
Terrace: Two levels – one street level (2x5m) and one raised entrance level (3x5m) with a glass table and a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Under the terrace is a small charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower (ideal for rinsing off beach sand).
Garage: Private garage with a remote control for the entrance door and an interior door with key access. There is a private storage room for the owner.
The house is fully tiled and has no carpet. Thanks to its favourable location, both Guardamar and La Mata are easily accessible, with a bus and cycle path a short distance away. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace, comfort and a beautiful view!

       Linen is poor quality, particularly the towels - too small and very thin. Also the fitted bed sheets are of poor quality and the pillow cases are twice the size of the pillows.
