Beautiful ground floor apartment for 4 people with shared swimming pool. Located in the rolling countryside of Vistabella golf in Alicante.
The apartment is tastefully decorated in a modern look with all the trimmings. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The apartment has air conditioning for cool air, but also has heating. In addition, a drinking water tap was recently installed, making it safe to drink from the tap.
This residential area among the orange and lemon trees is an excellent environment to enjoy the quiet life, while being just a short drive from the dynamic cities and beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.
The Vistabella Golf estate has a beautiful 18-hole golf course, tennis/paddle court and artificial grass bowling green. There is also a centrally located supermarket, as well as restaurants and bars, so you can find everything within walking distance.
We are proud of our apartment and hope to welcome you for a wonderful and enjoyable stay in our beautiful spot in the Spanish sun.
There may be a camera system in the house. During the rental period, the camera system will be disabled. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh of electricity is consumed per week. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
