This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse in Guardamar offers space for 5 people ( 5th person = child). The kitchen is fully equipped and the cosy living area gives direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun and a large roof terrace where you can soak up the sun all day.
Both terraces overlook the pool... Your children play in the pool while you can keep a close and close eye on them.
Because of its quiet location in a beautiful gated urbanisation, with low-rise villa blocks with only 1 or 2 floors, 2 large swimming pools, wellness and jacuzzi (closed between 15 June and 15 September), children's playground, gym and beautifully landscaped gardens, you will totally unwind on the Spanish Costa! Cities such as Torrevieja and Guardamar are a stone's throw from the flat.
Important info: Exterior painting work will take place within the complex from mid-September to early January.
This beautiful penthouse is the ideal base for a carefree holiday on the most beautiful Spanish white beaches, called the Costa Blanca!
At a short distance, you will find several beautiful beaches, bars, shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, water parks, water sports etc...
There might be a camera system in the property. During rental, the camera system will be locked. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The supplement for cleaning includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Listed rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. Due to an early flight we did see anyone regarding a check out but left the keys in the kitchen. Hopefully you will pleased with how we left the apartment.
