Description
Our flat is located in El Raso, a quiet urbanisation in Guardamar Del Segura. It is a 1st-floor penthouse, right next to a natural park. From the roof terrace you have views of the lake of La Mata.
The flat is suitable for 4 to 5 people.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.80m) and bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 beds, 1 bed with storage space and 1 bed with pull-out extra bed.
The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
All beds have a very good mattress (suitable for people with back problems). The rooms have air conditioning/heating and fitted wardrobes.
The sleek open-plan kitchen is equipped with the necessary household appliances. The spacious living room and lounge is furnished with an extendable dining table, a large comfortable adaptable lounge chair, smart TV with chrome cast, Netflix and free wifi.
The lounge opens onto the 1° terrace. This terrace has an extra lockable storage space under the stairs for your (max. 3) racing bikes, suitcases or beach gear.
The 1st terrace leads to a 60m² roof terrace with dining table, lounge set, 2 sun loungers and solarium with awning. The roof terrace has an outdoor kitchen with washing machine and a 2nd extra storage room. From here you have a beautiful view of the salt lake.
In the communal garden there is a beautiful 20 m swimming pool; playground, petanque, golf course and indoor spa & wellness (closed between 15 June and 15 September). All these facilities are free, as well as the underground parking space.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
The flat is suitable for 4 to 5 people.
