Enjoy a relaxed stay under the Spanish sun in Casa Raso, a modern holiday apartment for up to four people on the first floor. It features two bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, two bathrooms with rain showers, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, WiFi and a smart TV.
On the 83 m² private roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day long, dine together or relax in the lounge area. There is an outdoor shower, and on both terraces you can find shade under a sun sail. From the terraces you have a view of the garden and the two communal pools. The fenced grounds also feature a boules court, an outdoor fitness area, a small playground and a wellness area with sauna and hot tub. The wellness area can be reserved free of charge for exclusive use and is closed from 15 June to 15 September.
Everything within easy reach: A supermarket and restaurants are approximately 250 metres away. The beach is 3.5 km away (approximately 7 minutes' drive) and Alicante airport is 37 km away (approximately 35 minutes' drive). In the surrounding area you will find golf courses and tennis courts as well as numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling.
